The Ellsworth High School wrestling team was ranked No. 2 in the state in Division 2 in the first Crossface Magazine poll.

State champion Oconto Falls was ranked No. 1. followed by Ellsworth, Luxemburg-Casco, Lodi and Pewaukee in the top five.

River Valley, Kewaskum and Delevan-Darien round out the poll for Division 2.

EHS began practice this week. Their first dual meet is on Dec. 2 at home against Amery. Ellsworth then hosts its own invitational meet Dec. 4.
