Minneapolis, MN (Sports Network) - The Minnesota Twins have won the right to negotiate with Japanese infielder Tsuyoshi Nishioka, according to a story on MLB.com.

The sides have 30 days to work out a deal, the story said, or else the Twins' posting fee will be returned.
