EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre says he's won't play again after this season. The 20-year NFL veteran told reporters Wednesday, quote, "I'm done, I'm done."

The 41-year-old says he doesn't know how the remaining games will unfold but that would be it for his career. The Vikings had Super Bowl aspirations after making it to the NFC Championship Game last season, but Minnesota is a disappointing 4-7 so far this year.

Favre is battling a number of injuries. The probable Hall of Famer has announced his retirement twice in the past only to reconsider and return to the field.
