Panther wrestlers win first dual meet
Ellsworth High School's wrestling team topped Amery 46-13 Thursday in the opening dual meet of the 2010-11 season.
AMERY - Ellsworth High School's wrestling team topped Amery 43-13 Thursday in the opening dual meet of the 2010-11 season.
No. 2 ranked EHS put the meet in the win column with back-to-back pins from Tanner Eggenberger and Noah McLay at 160 and 171 pounds respectively. Ellsworth heavyweight Lucas Albarado also recorded a pinfall.
Levi Kuesel also won a key match as he beat the Warriors' Gabe Paulson 7-5 at 152.
