UW hockey teams both winners Saturday
Wisconsin Sports-- The University of Wisconsin men's and women's hockey teams both won their games Saturday.
MADISON - For the eighth time this year sophomore Brianna Decker had a multi-point game, leading the Wisconsin women's hockey team past North Dakota 4-3.
Wisconsin started hot with three goals in the first period and never trailed while improving its record to 13-2. Decker had two goals and an assist in the victory. Senior Meghan Duggan added a goal and an assist. Freshman Alex Rigsby stopped 25 of the Fighting Sioux' 28 shots to pick up her ninth win in 10 decisions.
Both teams play again Sunday.

Justin Schultz scored two goals as the Wisconsin men's hockey team beat Alaska-Anchorage 3-1. The Badgers broke a scoreless game wide open with two goals in the second period, Schultz with the first and Craig Smith then next. The Badgers finished the game 3-for-9 on power and 6-for-6 killing power plays. They outshot the Huskies 29-18. Wisconsin is 8-7-3 overall and 4-6-2 in the WCHA.
