NEW YORK - Amare Stoudemire poured in 34 points on 15-of-23 shooting as the Knicks topped the Timberwolves 121-114 at Madison Square Garden last night.
Wilson Chandler added 21 points, and Raymond Felton finished with 18 points and 11 assists, as New York won its fifth straight game. The Knicks have won 10 of their last 11 games to improve to 13-9 overall.
Kevin Love logged 33 points and 15 rebounds for Minnesota, which has dropped seven of its last eight games to slip to 5-16 on the season. Michael Beasley added 25 points for the Timberwolves in the setback.
The Wolves host Oklahoma City tomorrow night.
