Minnesota Sports-- Mike Singletary says he's heading to Minnesota. The Hall-of-Famer told Chicago's ESPN radio affiliate he has been hired to become the linebackers coach of the Vikings.
Mike Singletary says he's heading to Minnesota. The Hall-of-Famer told Chicago's ESPN radio affiliate he has been hired to become the linebackers coach of the Vikings.
Singletary was fired as the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers before the final game of the regular season after leading the team to a 5-and-10 mark to that point.
He will be reunited with former Chicago Bears teammate Leslie Frazier in Minnesota. The two won the Super Bowl while with the Bears following the 1985 season.
