Kyle Brodziak and Andrew Brunette both scored in the first 61-seconds of the game to stake Minnesota to a 2-0 lead early. Colorado trimmed the lead to 3-2 in the third when Bouchard hit the clutch score.
The Wild have won six-of-seven. The win vaults them into a playoff spot, as of now. The Avs have lost four-of-five. The Wild wrap up a brief two-game road swing tomorrow night against the Phoenix Coyotes.
