And she led the Panthers with 23 points and nine rebounds. Lindsay Laur almost had a triple-double for UWM with 13 points, 10 boards, and nine assists. And Jenilee Klomstad had five blocked shots as Milwaukee improved its overall record to 8-13. The Milwaukee Brewers have agreed to a one-year contract for veteran outfielder-and-first baseman Mark Kotsay. The team has not announced the deal yet. The Brewers still have to cut a player from their 40-man roster to make room for the 35-year-old Kotsay. Media reports say he’ll get 800-thousand-dollars, plus the chance to make 450-thousand more in roster and incentive bonuses. It’s been rumored for over a week that the Brewers were trying to sign Kotsay as a veteran bench player. He hit .239 for the Chicago White Sox last year with eight homers and 31 RBI’s.

yesterday, with records of 10-3.
