Regional Sports-- Western Wisconsinites who like watching NHL hockey in Saint Paul are being warned about a growing number of counterfeit tickets.
Western Wisconsinites who like watching NHL hockey in Saint Paul are being warned about a growing number of counterfeit tickets.
Spokesman Bill Robertson of the Minnesota Wild says over 50 fake tickets have been sold in the last month on-line and at other locations. He says they’re paper tickets with bar codes that were forged.
Robertson says fans should only buy tickets through authorized outlets like Ticketmaster, the Wild’s Web site, and the box office at the X-cel Energy Center. He says tickets are still available for all Minnesota Wild home games.
