Dr. Seuss’s Birthday

On Wednesday, March 2, from 3:30-4:30 p.m., the Prescott Public Library presents a special program for children ages 3-12 and their families. Annual Food Shelf Fundraiser

Join The Bluffs Bar and Grill on Saturday, March 5, from 7 p.m.-midnight for their second annual Food Shelf Fundraiser. Couple and group photos available, DJ starting at 9 p.m., royalty crowned at 10 p.m., and there will be a best and worst tropical shirts contest. For more information, call 715-792-2688. For All Brazil/

Maiden Rock Inn presents “For All Brazil” on Saturday, March 5, performed by Hans Friese, Tim Sparks and Tim O’Keefe in the inn’s wine and beer bar. The concert is from 6 to 8 p.m.*

Educational Program on Birds

Join the Carpenter Nature Center, northwest of Prescott, on Saturday-Sunday, March 5 and 6, for an educational program on birds of prey, including a White Hawk and an African Bateleur Eagle.
