NASHVILLE - The Minnesota Wild fell to 11th place in the Western Conference standings following a 4-0 loss at the Predators last night.

Nick Spaling scored two goals and Pekka Rinne made 19 saves for his third shutout against Minnesota. The Predators scored three times on goaltender Niklas Backstrom in the first period.

Wild head coach Todd Richards says they got behind early and didn't have a lot of push back. He does not expect injured forwards Cal Clutterbuck and Mikko Koivu to be in the lineup tonight at Dallas.
