VANCOUVER - Ryan Kesler notched his third career hat trick to lead the Vancouver Canucks to a 5-0 win over the Minnesota Wild.
Mason Raymond had the other two goals for the Canucks, who have already clinched the top seed in the Western Conference. Roberto Luongo made 29 saves for his fourth shutout of the season.
Niklas Backstrom gave up five goals on 23 shots for the Wild, who have lost three in-a-row. Jose Theodore took over in the third period.
The Wild are back on the ice tonight in Edmonton against the Oilers.
