(Update) Prep sports reschedule dates set, many more on the way
The cold, wet spring has forced the cancellation of many prep athletic contests so far in Pierce County. Some reschedule dates have been made.
The cold, wet spring has forced the cancellation of many prep athletic contests so far in Pierce County. Some reschedule dates have been made.
Here are the following reschedule date for county athletic teams:
-Ellsworth at Red Wing quadrangular track meet - April 28
-Ellsworth at Amery tennis - April 29
-Plum City at Elmwood Baseball - May 2
-Plum City at Pepin Baseball - May 3
-Ellsworth, Prescott golf at Somerset Invitational - May 4
-Durand at Prescott baseball - May 9
-Mondovi at Elmwood baseball - May 10
-Elmwood at Mondovi softball (doubleheader) - May 16
-Ellsworth at Prescott home golf meet - May 16
-Plum City at Boyceville baseball - May 23
-Durand at Prescott softball - May 23
-Pepin at Plum City baseball - May 24
Plum City's baseball team was schedule to face Pepin on May 9 and Boyceville on the 12th but decided to move the games back a week due to the annual senior class trip. The team will be off that week.
