MINNEAPOLIS-- One possible site for a new Vikings stadium -- the Minneapolis Farmers Market on the edge of downtown near Target Field -- is out of the running after the chair of the county board indicated in a letter to Governor Dayton that Hennepin County will not be a local partner.
