MILWAUKEE - Jonathan Lucroy homered and Ryan Braun drove in three runs as Milwaukee beat Pittsburg Friday night 5-2.
The victory included a benches clearing standoff in the third inning when Ronny Cedeno put a hard tag on Rickie Weeks.
The Brewers have owned Pittsburgh at Miller Park, winning 31 of 34 meetings between the two teams since 2007.
Cedeno did have a two-run homer off winning pitcher Yovani Gallardo, but the Pirates never led in the game. Gallardo broke the tie with an RBI single and the Brewers went on to take the win.
Braun had been in a slump, but he drove in the three runs and also stole a base.
