The fifth annual Pioneer Day was held by the Pierce County Historical Association at the River Bluffs History Center in Bay City Saturday.

The fifth annual Pioneer Day was held by the Pierce County Historical Association at the River Bluffs History Center in Bay City Saturday. Despite some rain, the event attracted many area residents and out-of-towners interested in the day of games, craft demonstrations, history and old-time activities. A washboard was set up on the grounds to show how laundry was done by the pioneers.
