WASHINGTON D.C. -- The Minnesota Lynx ran past the Washington Mystics 81-62 last (Thurs) night in Washington for a franchise-record 19th win.

Seimone Augustus led Minnesota with 18 points, Maya Moore added 14 and Lindsay Whalen had 11 points and seven assists. Coach Cheryl Reeve says a spirited practice on Wednesday helped them rebound from their worst loss of season at Connecticut.

The first-place Lynx have a four-and-a-half game lead over Phoenix in the Western Conference. The LA Sparks visit Target Center Saturday night and the Lynx can clinch a playoff berth with a win.
