Badgers starting to heal up from injuries

-- With the season opener inching closer, the University of Wisconsin football team is getting some of their injured players back.

MADISON - With the season opener inching closer, the University of Wisconsin football team is getting some of their injured players back.

Guard Kevin Zeitler and reserve tackle Rob Havenstein were in full pads and participating in yesterday's practice. Wide receiver Nick Toon and linebacker Mike Taylor are good to go after some nagging injuries that slowed them down, too. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports sophomore Manasseh Garner is on pace to return in time for the season's second game September 10 against Oregon State after time off for a hernia.

Bielema is cagy about naming Russell Wilson his starting quarterback, but the questions will go away tomorrow when the starting lineup is revealed tomorrow.
