Representatives for NBA owners and union members met for the second straight day Thursday. The labor talks lasted nearly five-and-a-half hours. The two sides are scheduled to meet again Tuesday, but this time in a bigger group as they try to make inroads on a new collective bargaining agreement to try and end the lockout. The NBA locked out the players on July 1st after the previous collective bargaining agreement expired.
