Representatives for NBA owners and union members met for the second straight day Thursday. The labor talks lasted nearly five-and-a-half hours. The two sides are scheduled to meet again Tuesday, but this time in a bigger group as they try to make inroads on a new collective bargaining agreement to try and end the lockout. The NBA locked out the players on July 1st after the previous collective bargaining agreement expired. Training camps are slated to open October 3rd, with the preseason scheduled to begin October 9th and the regular season November 1st.
