MAIDEN ROCK—Attracting over 10,000 visitors annually, the Red Wing Arts Association’s Fall Festival of the Arts is held each October during the peak fall color season.
A local artist from Maiden Rock will be among the artists at the juried show
this year. Nelson Brown said:
“Living in the backwoods as I do, I take my inspiration from the forms in nature. I endeavor to put a face on the matter by evoking human nature, the result of which is sometimes a collusion and other times a collision. Not knowing which it will be piques my curiosity.”
The festival will again be held on Bush and Third streets in downtown Red Wing, this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and this Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
