Western Wisconsin News-- Richland County has a new district attorney after Governor Scott Walker appointed Jennifer Harper to the post on Friday.
RICHLAND CENTER - Richland County has a new district attorney after Governor Scott Walker appointed Jennifer Harper to the post on Friday.
Harper will be leaving her position as assistant D.A. of Sauk County to take on the new role.
She has presided over more than 500 cases as Richland County Circuit Court commissioner over the past 11 years.
