Regional Sports-- The University of Minnesota volleyball team earned a five-set road win last night at Wisconsin.
MADISON - The University of Minnesota volleyball team earned a five-set road win last night at Wisconsin.
The 14th-ranked Golden Gophers had four players with double-digit kills and Ashley Wittman had the final two points to lead the team to victory.
Minnesota improved to 12-6 overall and 5-4 in the Big Ten. The Gophers travel to Purdue on Saturday. Wisconsin dropped to 4-5 in the Big Ten, and 12-9 overall. The Badgers play at Indiana Saturday evening.
