(Minneapolis, MN) -- University of Minnesota head football coach Jerry Kill says this weekend's opponent will provide a very good test for his 2-7 Minnesota team.
Northwestern is 5-5 on the season and can earn bowl eligibility with a win on Saturday against the Golden Gophers. The Wildcats are on a three-game winning streak with their latest win last weekend over Rice.
Kill says the Wildcats are a refection of their head coach, former Northwestern all-America player Pat Fitzgerald. Kill says Fitzgerald is successful because he knows exactly what type of player he wants to recruit to fit his system.
Saturday's game kicks off at 11 a.m. in Evanston, Illinois at Dyche Stadium.
