Running back Montee Ball keeps inserting himself in the Heisman discussion. He scored four more touchdowns Saturday to give him 34 for the season. Only Barry Sanders ever scored more in college. Ball gained 156 yards on 25 carries. Wisconsin’s record improves to 10-2.
Penn State scored the first TD of the game, but that was the last bright moment for the visitors to Camp Randall Stadium. Wisconsin led 28-7 at half.
Russell Wilson had another strong game with 186 yards and a pair of TD passes. He’s thrown a scoring pass in 36 straight games, tying an NCAA record.
