VILLAGE OF BAY CITY PUBLIC HEARING

Notice of Public Hearing Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Village of Bay City, Pierce County, Wisconsin that a public hearing will be held on the 20th day of December, 2011, at 6:30 pm in the downstairs of the Village Hall, Bay City, WI before the Planning

Commission to consider a request for a Rezoning from Business-1 to Residential -2 by Thomas Tyler, owner of Lot4 and E ½ of lot 5 of Block 2 (W6362 Main St). The Planning Commission will make recommendation to the Village Board at its regular meeting on January 11, 2012, at 6:30PM in the Downstairs of the Village Hall. All persons interested are invited to said hearings and be heard.
