order. Establish a quorum. Certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law. Approve agenda. Approve minutes from the November 2011 Meeting. Current Business - Review and approval of financial reports - Audit and approval of monthly expenditures - Review and approval of Director’s report. New Business - Discussion and approval of 2012 Library Budget. Adjournment. Next Meeting: TBD.
