Panthers bounce back to beat Lake City
Ellsworth High School's boys basketball team downed Lake City Wednesday afternoon 46-39 to take third in the Lake City Holiday Tournament.
LAKE CITY - Ellsworth High School's boys basketball team downed Lake City Wednesday afternoon 46-39 to take third in the Lake City Holiday Tournament.
The Panthers had lost to the Tigers in their season opener and were reeling from a first round defeat to Legacy Christian 46-42. But EHS came back to win and stay above .500 at 4-3 overall. Lake City has dropped three in a row after a 6-0 start.
Ellsworth is off until Jan. 6 when they host Prescott.
