INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL
Pierce County, on behalf of the Solid Waste Department/MRF, will accept sealed proposals for a 2012 skid-loader. Proposals must be received by mail or hand delivered to the Solid Waste Department Office, 707 North Maple Street, P.O. Box 118,
Ellsworth WI 54011, by Monday, January 30, 2012, no later than
the hour of 12:00 p.m., in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Pierce County MRF Skid Loader Proposal.” The Pierce County Solid Waste Management Board will review and award the proposal for the 2012 Skid Loader no later than, Wednesday, February 15, at 4:30 p.m., in the Multi-purpose Room of the Material Recovery Facility at 707 North Maple Street, Ellsworth, WI. The skid-loader specifications/proposal form is available at the Pierce County Solid Waste Department/MRF Office at 707 North Maple Street, Ellsworth WI. Phone (715) 273-3092. Pierce County
reserves the right to reject any and all proposals regardless of
conformity with the specifications. Furthermore, Pierce County may declare as valid any proposal submitted, despite its failure to
adhere to the terms and conditions stated in the specifications/proposal form. Pierce County further reserves the right using reasonable business judgment to negotiate with a respondent whether or not its submittal is deemed to be the lowest responsible proposal.
