Timberwolves notch second win 106-96 over Spurs

MINNEAPOLIS - Minnesota Timberwolves star Kevin Love was his usual self, posting 24 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Timberwolves over the Spurs 106-96 last night at the Target Center.

Michael Beasley and Luke Ridnour each had 19 points to help the Wolves claim their second straight win. Tim Duncan and Richard Jefferson both had 16 points to pace the Spurs, who lost All-Star guard Manu Ginobili to a broken hand with 2:38 remaining in the game.

Minnesota is off today and will host Memphis tomorrow night.
