Ellsworth grapplers wins Federated Duals in Owatonna
The No. 3 ranked Ellsworth High School wrestling team won the Federated Duals Saturday.
OWATONNA, Minn. - The No. 3 ranked Ellsworth High School wrestling team won the Federated Duals Saturday.
The Panthers defeated Rochester Mayo 42-30, Adrian 48-17 and then downed the host Huskies, ranked No. 7 in Minnesota Class AAA, in their final dual meet 39-27.
EHS topped Owatonna by winning five straight matches, four of them by pinfall.
The Purple now has an 8-2 overall dual meet record. The Panthers return home for their next dual meet Thursday vs. Osceola.
