Area News-- Nichole Porath finished in 69th place after running the marathon in 2 hours, 44 minutes, 12 seconds Saturday at the Olympic trials in Houston.
HOUSTON - Nichole Porath finished in 69th place after running the marathon in 2 hours, 44 minutes, 12 seconds Saturday at the Olympic trials in Houston.
Porath is a full-time financial ananlyst for Red Wing Shoes and qualified for the Olympic trials by running 2:44:46 at the Grandma’s Marthon in Duluth.
Red Wing Shoes showed its support by sending Porath and her family to Houston in the company jet.
