Public notice is hereby given to all persons in Pierce County, Wisconsin, that a public hearing will be held on the 1st day of February, 2012, at 7:00 pm, in the County Board Room in the Courthouse, in Ellsworth, WI before the Land Management Committee to consider a request for a conditional use permit for tree removal in the Kinnickinnic River Blufflands by Patrick & Michael Branigan and Edgar Family Trust, Judith Edgar, owners on property located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼, in Section 8 and the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 17 and the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 18, all in T27N, R19W, Town of Clifton, Pierce County, WI.
