SARONA - Authorities in northwest Wisconsin are investigating the state's second snowmobile death of the winter.
Washburn County officials said 24-year-old Ryan Anderson of Sarona lost control at a corner and slammed into a fence and some trees. It happened Sunday afternoon along a road in the town of Madge.
A six-year-old girl on the snowmobile was injured. She was in stable condition at last word at a hospital in Duluth.
