Public hearing to consider a request for a conditional use permit for tree removal on the Kinnickinnic River Blufflands by Patrick & Michael Branigan and Edgar Family Trust, Judith Edgar, owners on property located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼, in Section 8 and the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 17 and the NE ¼
