1. Call to order 2. Public comment: Parks Committee will receive public comments on any issue not related to agenda items, discussion by committee members may take place but no

action will be taken on any item raised 3. Discuss/take action on October 10, 2011 minutes 4. Discuss/take action regarding a request from Larry Johnson, President of the Pierce County ATV Association, for county sponsorship of the WI DNR ATV grant program 5. Discuss /take action to approve Land Conservation Department, Trout Unlimited (Kiap-TU-Wish Chapter) and Wisconsin DNR to complete a trout habitat restoration project on the Trimbelle River located in the Trimbelle Recreation Area 6. Discuss/take action to approve the bid specifications for the Big River Rip Rap Rehabilitation Project 7. Discuss/take action to authorize a timber sale on the Pierce County Island Property known as the Wildlife Management Area 8. Discuss/take action to approve a Request for Proposal for obtaining an engineering consultant to perform services related to a boat launch improvement project near the Lloyd Spriggle Memorial Bridge Schoepp 9. Discuss/take action on a request from the County Park Superintendent to attend an in-state pesticide applicator training session 10. Discuss/take action on 2011 Parks Department Annual Report 11. Discuss /take action on 2012/2013 snowmobile trail grant application request from the Pierce County Snowmobile Council 12. Discuss the Pierce County Program Committee recommendations for the Parks Department 13. Parks Department report 14. Parks Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) Wis. Stats., for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: For the purpose of conducting an annual performance review of the County Park Superintendent
