ORDINANCE NO. 620

An Ordinance to amend Sec. 12.13 of the

General Code of the Village of Ellsworth.

WHEREAS, the Village Board deems It expedient and

necessary to make amendment to Sec. 12.13 of the General Code,

regarding taxis, there having been no changes thereto since

Ordinance No. 453;

NOW THEREFORE, Be It Resolved the Village Board of the Village of Ellsworth Does Hereby Ordain as Follows:

Sec. 1. Sec. 12.13(8)(a) is hereby amended such that the coverage amount provisions in said subsection shall read in pertinent part as follows: "and such policy shall indemnify the applicant in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) for bodily injury and property damage."

Sec. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.

Passed and adopted on February 6, 2012.
