JACKSON, Wym. - Still no word on how a Minnesota man was killed while snowmobiling in a remote area of northwest Wyoming.

The group that included 53-year-old Steven Anderson of Morris called authorities for help and when rescuers arrived by helicopter, they decided to leave for more help and resources. That's when the snowmobile party witnessed another tragedy as the helicopter crashed, killing one of three people onboard.

Teton County Sheriff's spokeswoman Charlotte Reynolds says it's believed the copter's rear rotor may have failed. She says the investigation into Anderson's death is also under way.
