Establish a quorum. Certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law. Approve agenda. Approve minutes from the January 2012 Meeting. Current Business. - Review and approval of financial reports. - Audit and approval of monthly expenditures

- Review and approval of di-rector’s report. - Discussion: Long Range Planning Update.

New Business - Discussion and action: Library CD Renewal.
