MINNEAPOLIS -- While there are many approvals still needed for the Vikings to build a new stadium near the Metrodome, the team has reportedly struck a deal with the U-of-M on a place to play during construction.
The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports the Vikings and -U- officials have agreed on a tentative plan for playing games at TCF Bank Stadium.
It would include adding seats to help accomodate the team's season ticket base -- but there's no word yet on how much money the Vikings would pay the University for the use of their facilities.
