NOTICE OF

PUBLIC MEETING

The Martell Plan commission will meet at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at the Martell Town Hall, corner of Hwy. 63 and County Rd.Y. The public is invited to attend The agenda is as follows.

The Plan Commission will consider a request to rezone a parcel of property at N7921 490th Street in the Town of

Martell. The parcel consists of 29.31 acres. The property is currently zoned as Primary Agriculture. The request is to change the zoning to General Rural, to allow for the construction of one additional house, with the remainder as an Outlet.

The legal description is the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 13, Town 27 N, Range 17 W, of the Town of Martell,Pierce

County, Wisconsin.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Board on the rezoning request.
