NOTICE OF MEETING

JOINT REVIEW BOARD TAX INCREMENTAL

DISTRICT #4 VILLAGE OF ELLSWORTH, WI

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Joint Review Board, Tax Incremental District #4, Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin, will meet at 1:15 p.m. on the 12th day of March, 2012, at the Ellsworth Village Hall, 130 N. Chestnut Street, Ellsworth, WI 54011.

The purpose of the meeting is to select a chairperson and appoint a public member at large regarding the proposed Amendment to the Project Plan for Tax Incremental District #4, Village of Ellsworth, Wisconsin to designate the District as a donor district benefiting Tax Incremental District #7, Village of Ellsworth, Wisconsin, a distressed tax incremental district.
