2c. Treasurer’s report on previous months finance activities and fund balances 3. Treasurer to report on existing delinquent taxes 4. Discuss and take action on recommendations of Courthouse Security Workgroup for purchase and installation of

security equipment: a. Adding video system to Dispatch for camera system b. Replace existing computers in Dispatch for camera system c. Add Duress button in ADRC – Pierce County Office Building 5. Discuss and take action on request for expenditure of 2012 K-9 funds Sheriff

Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to§19.85 (1)(g) WI Stats for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be

adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved: Litigation update 6. Committee will return to open session and take action on closed session items, if required 7. Discuss and take action on Corporation travel request to attend conference in Wisconsin Dells in May 8.
