Three SVE wrestlers make first team All D-SC
Spring Valley/Elmwood's wrestling team had three of its members make the first team All Dunn-St. Croix Conference for 2012 season.
Spring Valley/Elmwood's wrestling team had three of its members make the first team All Dunn-St. Croix Conference for 2012 season.
Brady Webb was named to the first team for 120 pounds followed by fellow senior Nick Berg at 126 and senior Tyler Hunter at 195.
It was the second team which SVE dominated as seven of its wrestlers were tabbed. This includes junior David Walker and sophomore Derek Huebel at 106 and 113 respectively; sophomore Zach Newton and senior Conner Sieracki at 132 and 138 respectively; seniors Jon Newton and Brian Fesenmaier at 152 and 160 followed by senior Andy Bune at 182.
The Redbirds won the D-SC title for the second season in a row with a 4-0 record.
