DORAL, Fla. - Steve Stricker of Madison is tied for fifth after the opening round of the World Golf Championships.
Stricker shot a three-under-par 69 yesterday as the second World Golf Championships event of the year got underway.
Adam Scott and Jason Dufner are tied for the lead at six-under-66. Pewaukee native Mark Wilson is tied for 25th at even-par 72.

At the PGA’s Puerto Rico Open, Jerry Kelly of Madison is tied for 34th after he shot a one-under-par 71 yesterday. Matt Jones and George McNeill share the lead at minus-six.
