Kenseth looks to stay in top five of NASCAR at Las Vegas
Wisconsin Sports-- Matt Kenseth of Cambridge will try to keep his Top-Five spot in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in the Kobalt Tools-400 on Sunday at Las Vegas.
LAS VEGAS - Matt Kenseth of Cambridge will try to keep his Top-Five spot in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in the Kobalt Tools-400 on Sunday at Las Vegas.
Qualifying is set for late this afternoon. Kenseth is fourth in the Sprint Cup standings after two events. He won the season-opening Daytona-500.
Paul Menard of Eau Claire and Travis Kvapil of Janesville are also entered. The Nationwide Series’ drivers will compete in the Sam’s Town-300 tomorrow in Vegas. Beloit-born Danica Patrick is entered, along with Tim Schendel of Sparta.
The Camping World Truck Series is off until March 31st.
