ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PIERCE COUNTY WILDLIFE DAMAGE ABATEMENT AND CLAIMS PROGRAM
Notice is hereby given by the Pierce County Wildlife Damage Abatement and Claims Program (WDACP) in Pierce County, Wisconsin that it will receive sealed bids for the purpose of supplying materials and/or installing a permanent woven wire deer fence located in Pierce County. All bids will be received for the project until 4:00 p.m. local time on March 23, 2012 at the Rhinelander District USDA-APHIS-WS office. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the District Office on March 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Bids must be time and date stamped by the soliciting purchasing agent on or before the date and time that the bid is due. Bids dated and time stamped in another office will be rejected.

This contract shall be subject to the laws of the State of Wisconsin and in accordance with Wisconsin State Statutes s.29.598. In connection with the performance of work under this contract, the contractor agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, handicap, sex, physical condition, developmental disability as
defined in s. 51.01(5), Stats., sexual orientation as defined in s. 111.32 (13m), Wis. Stats., or national origin.
The WDACP managing agencies reserve the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal as deemed to be in the best interest of the Pierce County WDACP.
