Prairie Farm teenager dies in motorcycle crash

A 18-year-old Prairie Farm teenager died in a motorcycle crash Thursday aftenroon in Dunn County.

Cole D. Cran was pronounced dead at the scene on County Highway V in the town of New Haven. The Dunn County 911 center received a call around 4:10 p.m. of a motorcycle crash with the driver unconscious and severly injured. Cran wore a helmet and was the only occupant.

The complainant reported Cran left a residence near the crash scene five minutes before the crash and when he didn't return, he went looking for him and discovered the crash.

Boyceville Fire Department, Boyceville Ambulance, Northern First Responders, Life Link Helicopter, Dunn County Sheriff's Office, Wisconsin State Patrol and Dunn County Medical Examiner responded to the scene.
