Wisconsin Sports-- Both Wisconsin golfers moved up the leaderboard at the Transitions Championship yesterday.
PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Both Wisconsin golfers moved up the leaderboard at the Transitions Championship yesterday.
Jason Dufner has a two-shot lead at 10 under par. Madison golfer Jerry Kelly shot a three under par 68 Friday and he is tied for 13th at five under for the first two rounds. Pewaukee native Mark Wilson was one under par yesterday and is tied for 55th.
Meanwhile, at the Champions Tour event in Newport Beach, California, Rhinelander native Dan Forsman is back in the pack. He had a subpar four over round yesterday, trailing the three golfers tied at the top – Bobby Clampett, Olin Browne and Bernhard Langer – by 10 strokes.
