Wisconsin Sports-- The Milwaukee Bucks were bullies, scoring 72 of their 112 points in the paint while beating the Charlotte Bobcats, 112-92, Friday night.
CHARLOTTE - The Milwaukee Bucks were bullies, scoring 72 of their 112 points in the paint while beating the Charlotte Bobcats, 112-92, Friday night.
Luc Mbah a Moute scored 20 points and Ersan Ilyasova added 15. Drew Goodson had a double-double with 14 points and a dozen rebounds. The Bucks moved the ball around, shooting 53 percent on 31 assists. They won the game easily despite a 29-point outburst by Gerald Henderson. Milwaukee used a 15-2 run to take a halftime lead, then built the margin to 15 points in the third quarter, and all the way up to 25 in the fourth quarter.
The Bucks moved to within a half-game of the New York Knicks for the final Eastern Division playoff slot.
